- Develop and refine design concepts for laser cutting and engraving projects.
- Operate and maintain laser cutting/engraving machines to ensure high-quality production.
- Work with different materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, and fabric.
- Convert design files into formats compatible with laser equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to customize and finalize designs.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure precise and accurate engraving/cutting.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Stay updated on new laser technology, materials, and design trends.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Carryout timely site visitations to take measurements and order details for open client requests.
- Prepare accurate quotations on materials and service delivery for internal review before release to clients.
- Work with fabricators to ensure job designs are well aligned and installed to meet client expectations.
- Ensure the team utilizes the CNC machines in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
