Social Media Manager (Female)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across key digital platforms.
- The successful candidate will develop engaging content, grow online communities, strengthen brand visibility, and use performance insights to support marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars across relevant platforms.
- Lead content creation, copywriting, and creative direction for social media campaigns.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and online conversations.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize content based on insights.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and protect the brand's online reputation.
- Prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience managing social media for FMCG, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other leading social media platforms.
- Proven experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative editing tools.
- Experience building and managing engaged online communities.
Salary
N450,000 Gross monthly.
