Job title : Technical Assistant

- Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles from design to completion, including BOQ and drawing reviews; provide technical and analytical aid, executive briefings, and track deliverables for the CDO
- Technical Fit-Outs: Manage technical fit-out elements (HVAC, MEP, IT) for project readiness
- Operations & Maintenance: Track maintenance performance, infrastructure reliability, and customer experience
- Expansion & Analysis: Analyze site data and acquisition pipelines, and support regional expansion
- Asset & Procurement Management: Collaborate on asset tracking and ensure alignment between procurement and finance
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop project/facility dashboards and generate actionable insights through reporting
- Quality Management: Authorize SOPs and workflows to ensure ISO-aligned Quality Management Systems
- Systems & Automation: Support ERP implementation, process automation, and data structure optimization
- Documentation & Knowledge: Manage internal documentation systems and institutional knowledge workflows
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between operational teams, finance, and technical departments
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
- 5–8 years’ experience in projects, facilities, or property management
- Quality Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning experience preferred
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
