Responsibilties

• Safely transport executives, guests, and other authorized personnel to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations.
• Plan efficient travel routes while considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled trips.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executives' schedules, conversations, and company information.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent operating condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate routine servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and vehicle documentation.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate mileage and maintenance records.
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when necessary.
• Run official errands such as banking, document delivery, or purchasing office supplies as assigned.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.
