Junior Accountant (Female)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations.
- The ideal candidate will assist with recording transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting senior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and update financial documents, invoices, and reports
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger postings
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support monthly financial reporting and closing activities
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper classification of transactions
- Assist with audit preparations and compliance requirements
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years relevant experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in an accounting role.
Salary
N140,000 Monthly.
