Job Description
- We are seeking an accomplished Head of Fabrication & Construction to lead fabrication yard operations and construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fabrication and construction operations across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage fabrication, welding, construction, and field execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
- Drive cost control, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.
- Develop operational KPIs and performance reporting.
- Mentor and develop technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in fabrication, construction, or EPC operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive EPC, fabrication yard, or Oil & Gas construction experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication codes, welding standards, construction methodologies, and project execution.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
