Candidates must possess a postgraduate Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) or its equivalent (e.g., a PhD in a relevant field), in addition to a minimum of three (3) years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in a recognised university. Candidates must also be well published and demonstrate evidence of academic leadership.
