About This Role
- You will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
- You will support daily operations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential HR skills in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying necessary data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team’s daily operations.
Requirements
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google workplace (Doc, Sheet, Presentation).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Be detail-oriented.
