End User Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Configure and manage user profiles, email accounts, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an End User Support, IT Support, or Helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
