- Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys for construction projects.
- Set out reference points, grids, and benchmarks based on architectural and engineering drawings.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level .
- Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and data sheets .
- Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure alignment with design plans.
- Verify vertical and horizontal alignments during excavation, foundation, and structural works.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety and quality standards .
- Maintain accurate survey records and update project databases.
Requirement
- Minimum 6–9 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction (building or civil works).
- HND or BSC. in Geoinformatics, Surveying, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and survey software .
- COREN registration or membership with NIS (Nigerian Institution of Surveyors) is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints .
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Abuja (some travel to project locations may be required)
