- Develop and execute sales strategies for petroleum products across targeted markets.
- Drive customer acquisition, business development and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with major petroleum-product buyers, distributors, industrial customers and other strategic accounts.
- Identify new markets, commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer demand.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve agreed revenue, volume and margin targets.
- Monitor receivables and support effective credit and collections management
- Coordinate with Trading, Depot, Logistics, Finance and Operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Ensure sales activities comply with applicable company policies, HSE requirements and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
- 7+ years' relevant experience, preferably in petroleum products. oil & gas, energy trading or related sectors.
- Proven track record in 828 sales, business development and team leadership. Strong knowledge of the Nigerian petroleum-products market.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and relationship management skils. Ability to develop and manage a nationwide customer network.
