Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead daily operations, manage logistics partnerships, oversee dispatch activities, and drive operational excellence for a fast-growing technology platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years experience in operations, logistics, or business management
- Experience managing dispatch riders/logistics providers is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Knowledge of the Osun market is a plus.
