Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to oversee inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient stock movement within our wholesale distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
  • Track stock movement and ensure timely updates of inventory records.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of products.
  • Prepare inventory reports and support stock audits.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in an FMCG or wholesale distribution company.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates residing within Ajegunle/Olodi Apapa, Apapa, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, or nearby areas will be given preference.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 per month
