Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Disbursement Officer to manage the accurate and timely disbursement of approved loans while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and disburse approved loans accurately and promptly.
• Verify customer information and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate loan and transaction records.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan disbursement and requirements.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Work with relevant teams to resolve disbursement issues.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Experience in lending, banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
• Good communication, numerical, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets.
• Must be willing to work within any of the listed locations.
