Rider Recruitment & Welfare Officer

Role Summary

• Support rider recruitment, screening, onboarding, welfare monitoring, orientation, compliance, performance follow-up, and rider engagement, working closely with fleet and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma / ND or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in recruitment, rider/fleet management, HR, welfare, logistics, or similar work.
• Strong people-management, communication, documentation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential personnel and welfare records.

Other Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
• All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.

Employment Terms

• This postion is intended as full-time employment 
• Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
• Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
