About the Role
Our company is seeking a young, vibrant, and ambitious Medical Sales Representative to join our growing Sales & Business Development team in Abuja.
The successful candidate will promote and sell our range of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, specialist clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions. This role offers continuous training, career growth, and an attractive performance-based incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell our medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned targets.
Coordinate product deliveries and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Represent our company professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in medical equipment, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
