Responsibilities
- Own and manage our client's presence on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Develop and execute weekly content calendars, campaigns, and creator spotlights
- Build and grow our client's WhatsApp and Telegram creator communities
- Identify, establish and manage partnerships with Nigerian influencers, newsletters (TechCabal, Zikoko etc), and creator communities
- Plan and execute giveaways, challenges, and seasonal campaigns to drive sign-ups
- Track and report on growth KPIs: follower growth, reach, creator sign-ups, referral traffic
- Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships Manager to create acquisition content
- Represent the client at relevant creator and tech events in Lagos and online
How we will easure success
- Monthly creator sign-ups attributed to marketing channels
- Social media follower growth and engagement rate
- Community size (WhatsApp/Telegram) and activity levels
- Website traffic from organic and social channels.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of a BSc or HND in any relevant field.
- Must have completed NYSC (Discharge certificate or Exemption letter required).
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or community management
- Deeply plugged into Nigerian creator culture — you know the key voices, communities, and trends
- Strong copywriting skills in a conversational, engaging tone (Nigerian tone is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading dashboards and reporting on what's working
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
- Bonus: experience with SEO, email marketing (Mailchimp / Brevo), or paid social ads.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
