Job Summary

  • The Bakers are responsible forproducing high-quality bakery productsin accordance withapproved recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
  • Follow approved recipes and production specifications.
  • Maintain consistency in product quality and appearance.
  • Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of baking equipment and work areas.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures.
  • Report equipment faults and production challenges.
  • Assistin inventory monitoring and ingredient usage tracking.
  • Comply withfood safety and hygiene standards.
  • Meet daily production targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant baking training or certification is an advantage.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in commercial baking operations.
  • Experience in high-volume bakery production is preferred.

Salary
