Billing & Compliance Officer

Role Overview
- The Billing & Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing patient billing processes, ensuring accurate financial documentation, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies.
- This role is vital to safeguarding transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the hospital’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process patient bills with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and financial standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of billing and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing or compliance issues.
- Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
- Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards in all financial dealings.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in billing, compliance, or related healthcare finance roles.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail.
