Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise routine and preventive electrical maintenance activities.
- Coordinate electrical maintenance personnel and assigned work.
- Monitor electrical equipment and identify developing faults.
- Support troubleshooting and timely repair of electrical equipment.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures.
- Maintain appropriate maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with plant operations to minimise disruption during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and HSE requirements.
- Monitor the condition of electrical tools, equipment and installations.
- Escalate major electrical faults and maintenance risks to appropriate Management personnel.
- Support maintenance planning and scheduling.
Minimum Qualification
- Class 1 Trade Tested Electrician.
- SSCE/WAEC/NECO with at least five credits, including English Language, Mathematics and two Science subjects.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
- Preferred Attributes
- Strong troubleshooting ability, practical electrical maintenance experience, supervisory skills, safety awareness and the ability to work effectively in a plant environment.
Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
