Digital Ads Manager (Remote)

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Ads Manager to handle and scale paid advertising campaigns for our fashion brand.
Responsibilities
- Run Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok ad campaigns
- Optimize ads for sales and ROAS
- Manage targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Work with creative team on ad content
- Track performance and report results
- Scale winning campaigns
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Proven experience running successful e-commerce ads
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (TikTok ads is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
- Experience in fashion or retail ads is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (based on experience) + performance bonus
