Bike Retrieval Officers

Job Summary

• We are seeking responsible and field-oriented Bike Retrieval Officers who will be responsible for retrieving motorcycles from customers and carrying out field activities within their assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve motorcycles from customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Visit customer locations to facilitate motorcycle retrieval.
• Conduct basic address verification and confirm customer location details.
• Track and locate motorcycles assigned for recovery.
• Engage customers professionally during the retrieval process.
• Report successful and unsuccessful retrieval attempts to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of all retrieved motorcycles and field activities.
• Submit daily field reports and provide updates on assigned cases.
• Use Google Maps/GPS and other navigation tools to locate customers.
• Escalate difficult, disputed, or high-risk cases to the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure all retrieved motorcycles are properly documented and handed over.
• Perform other field duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
• Motorcycle riding experience is mandatory.
• Must be physically fit and comfortable working extensively in the field.
• Previous experience in bike recovery/retrieval, field collections, logistics, debt recovery, address verification, or related roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location and surrounding areas.
• Ability to use Google Maps/GPS for navigation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be responsible, honest, disciplined, and accountable.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary
N175,000 Monthly.
