Role Summary
- The Head of Risk & Strategy will lead enterprise risk management and strategic planning initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks.
- Identify, assess and mitigate strategic, financial and operational risks.
- Lead corporate strategy development and execution monitoring.
- Conduct business performance reviews and strategic assessments.
- Advise executive management on emerging risks and opportunities.
- Support governance, compliance and business continuity initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management or related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
- Strong background in strategy, risk management and corporate planning.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
