Responsibilities
Planning and Preparation:

• Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Prepare teaching materials and learning activities.
• Set learning objectives and outcomes.

Teaching and Instruction:

• Deliver lessons effectively using appropriate teaching methods.
• Explain concepts clearly and engage students in learning.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Create and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Assess student performance and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and grades.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Establish classroom rules and expectations.
• Manage student behavior fairly and consistently.

Student Support and Guidance:

• Encourage students' academic and personal growth.
• Identify learning difficulties and provide assistance.
• Support students' emotional well-being and motivation.

Communication:

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff.
• Participate in meetings and school activities.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated with new teaching strategies and educational technologies.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs.
• Reflect on and improve teaching practices.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain attendance, grades, and student records.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
• Follow school policies and procedures.

Promoting Values and Citizenship:

• Foster respect, responsibility, and ethical behavior.
• Encourage teamwork, inclusiveness, and cultural awareness.
• Serve as a positive role model for students.
