Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons, foster creativity, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for music.
Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Design and deliver comprehensive music lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Performance Preparation: Train and guide students for recitals, concerts, and examinations.
- Curriculum Development: Develop innovative teaching methods aligned with educational standards.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching Certification as required by local education authorities.
Experience:
- 2–5 years teaching music in schools or private institutions.
- Proven track record of student success in performances and examinations.
- Experience in ensemble direction and organizing school concerts.
Required Skills:
- Instrument Proficiency: Strong ability in piano, voice, or other instruments.
- Music Theory Knowledge: Deep understanding of theory and composition.
- Communication Skills: Ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity: Innovative approaches to teaching and performance.
- Technology Integration: Familiarity with digital tools for music education.
