Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Kogi for a Human Resources Business Partner/ Payroll Specialist.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR strategies, developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
- You will handle performance management systems, support management in workforce planning, and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
- Your role will also involve providing guidance to employees and managers to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Payroll Administration.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and strategies.
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Expertise in Performance Management to drive employee engagement and development.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Experience in social commerce, data-driven organizations, or technology industries is a plus.
