About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director with core experience in the pharmaceutical industry to provide strategic leadership and drive sustainable business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
- Provide leadership across all functions
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, industry, and corporate governance standards.
- Build strong relationships with regulators, healthcare stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Lead organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, risk management, and investments.
- Represent the company at industry forums and government engagements.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Pharmacy or related field. MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience, with at least 8 years in a senior executive role within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformation.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
