Farm Sales/ Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote farm produce
  • Identify and engage potential clients including wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and export partners
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with farm operations to align supply with demand
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural or FMCG sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with agricultural produce and supply chain logistics
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
  • Must live around Mowe, Ogun State
  • Ability to drive, must have current driver’s license
