Farm Sales/ Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote farm produce
- Identify and engage potential clients including wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and export partners
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with farm operations to align supply with demand
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural or FMCG sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with agricultural produce and supply chain logistics
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Must live around Mowe, Ogun State
- Ability to drive, must have current driver’s license
