About the Role
- TLP Media is seeking a highly creative and unconventional thinker to join our team as a Creative Officer. We are looking for someone who is passionate about media, storytelling, and brand building; someone who sees possibilities where others see limitations and can transform ideas into compelling visual and digital experiences.
- The ideal candidate must be innovative, proactive, and capable of leading creative projects from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of the company's media and content projects.
- Develop and review creative concepts, scripts, campaigns, and storytelling ideas.
- Identify creative gaps and propose innovative solutions.
- Oversee content creation across digital and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to execute projects effectively.
- Guide talents and clients in developing their personal brands.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging creative tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a creative role within media, advertising, content creation, or a related industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in content creation and creative software/tools is an advantage.
- Passion for media and emerging trends.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
