- Ensure company policies are followed.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
- Prepare customer service and relationship management reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years' marketing or sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software.
