Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and respond to their enquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers in making suitable choices.
- Process customer requests and orders.
- Follow up with customers when necessary.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND/HND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
