HR Executive

Key Requirements : HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or administration. Prior experience in educational institutions, social development, or similar sectors is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and think critically. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset. High level of intelligence, discretion, and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools Key Responsibilities: Support the Group HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage HR filing systems and ensure proper documentation and compliance. Handle employee queries and support internal communication. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Track leave, attendance, and other HR metrics. Support recruitment and selection processes as needed. Take initiative in identifying and solving administrative and operational challenges. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
