Job Summary
- The Admin / Regulatory Officer is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing and managing legal and corporate documents, coordinating statutory filings, and providing administrative support to facilitate efficient business operations.
- The role serves as a link between the organization and relevant government agencies, regulatory bodies, external solicitors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and other external stakeholders on behalf of the company.
- Prepare, process, and submit statutory filings, permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation as required.
- Review contracts, agreements, memoranda, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests.
- Ensure all company documentation is properly filed, updated, and readily accessible.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) and qualification to practice law is an added advantage.
- Additional qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
- 1 - 2 years' experience in regulatory compliance, legal administration, corporate affairs, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.
- Our Ideal candidate should not be more than 27 years old.
