Sales & Marketing Executive - Hotel (Female & Male)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving occupancy and revenue, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships.
• This role is pivotal in positioning Stay & Homely as the preferred hospitality brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets for all properties.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads and new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual travelers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Liaise with Marketing Team to Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print, OOH) to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
• Manage the company's website, social media platforms, PMS and online travel agency (OTA) profiles (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), ensuring content is optimized and engaging.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional offers that maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and execute promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and attract new clientele.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
• Work closely with the front desk, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and alignment of sales efforts with service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of verifiable experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartments, or boutique accommodations).
• Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (e.g., NIMN, CIM, AHLEI) is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive hospitality market.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, OTA platforms, CRM systems, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
