Legal Duties:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on specific legal matters when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of legal records and correspondence.
- Provide legal advice on company operations and risk mitigation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations and HR compliance issues.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee performance management processes.
