Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of public sector products, features, and benefits.
• Assist prospect in the successful completion of loan applications and details of required documentation e.g., KYC requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. ● Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation and records.
• Assist in the audit and review of sales processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service selling to state government employees.
• Proven experience in lead generation and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N280,000 / month
