• Are you a results-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of territory management, FMCG distribution, market expansion and team leadership? This is an opportunity to join Elkris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Ltd. and drive sales growth across key markets in the South-East.
• We are seeking a commercially astute and highly motivated Area Sales & Marketing Lead – South East 1 to lead our sales operations, expand market penetration and build a high-performing sales network across Enugu, Ebonyi, Aba and Umuahia.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales growth and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify, onboard and activate new retail outlets, distributors and business partners.
• Recruit, coordinate, supervise and drive the productivity of Community Sales Representatives (CSRs).
• Expand product distribution, visibility and availability across assigned markets.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Develop territory action plans and ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Track sales results, outlet acquisition, CSR productivity and market penetration.
• Prepare timely performance reports, identify gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other key trade partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food distribution or consumer goods.
• Demonstrable experience in territory sales management, distribution development and field sales team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Enugu, Ebonyi, Aba and Umuahia markets and their commercial networks.
• Proven ability to deliver sales targets, grow distribution and manage a results-oriented team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and relationship-management skills.
• High levels of integrity, accountability, initiative and commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
