Job Title: Marketing Officer

Job Summary
- The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract patients, increase hospital visibility, and promote healthcare services.
- This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, administration, and external agencies to create campaigns that enhance the hospital’s brand image, support patient engagement, and achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, providing insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in the production of marketing materials, promotional materials, videos, and content aimed at creating more awareness about the St. Ives brand.
- Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies tailored to the target audience, emphasizing women, children, families, and fertility services.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email marketing, and online advertising to increase patient engagement.
- Coordinate and attend community outreach events, health fairs, seminars, and workshops to raise awareness about our St. Ives services and establish relationships with prospective patients.
- Create and establish relationships with HMOs and organizations that outsource their healthcare services and bring them on board.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to support marketing objectives and enhance the hospital’s reputation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and growth.

- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics software, content management systems).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
