Sales Officer
a Luxury Fragrance and Lifestyle Brand - ETC Workforce Services Limited - 2 Openings
About the Role
- We are seeking dynamic and customer‑focused Sales Officers to be the face of the brand.
- You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales performance, and help customers discover timeless luxury.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of skincare, perfumes, room sprays, and diffusers
- Meet and exceed set targets
- Demonstrate proper use of skincare and fragrance products
- Cross‑sell, up‑sell, and link‑sell products
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
- Advise customers on skincare routines
- Provide weekly and monthly activity reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years proven sales experience (luxury, retail, or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong field and practical sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
