Are you an experienced and proactive professional in executive support and administration Our leading nonprofit organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to deliver highlevel administrative support to our senior leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Provide highlevel administrative support to executives including calendar management

travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Create edit and proofread documents reports and presentations ensure accuracy

consistency and adherence to company standards and maintain version control.

Coordinate meetings and conferences both internally and externally.

Prepare and distribute correspondence presentations and reports as needed.

Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisionmaking.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts.

Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively resolve issues.

Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferably in industry.

Bachelor s degree preferred in business administration or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements. Prepare and coordinate executive communications, including emails, memos, reports, presentations, and other correspondence. Create, edit and proofread documents, reports, and presentations, ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to company standards and maintain version control. Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and reports for meetings. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings as required. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and handle them when appropriate. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Manage executive expenses and reimbursements. Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients. Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and coordinating events. Observing best business practices and etiquette. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a corporate environment. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or any related field. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Discretion and confidentiality.
