Electrical / IT Support Officer

Responsibilities for IT Support with Electrical Knowledge
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, and other networking equipment.
- Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, and basic cybersecurity requirements.
- Monitor IT equipment and network performance and respond to system faults.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, repairs, configurations, and inventory.
- Assist with CCTV, access control, intercom, and other low-voltage technology systems where required.
- Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
- Carry out basic electrical wiring, socket and lighting installations, and equipment connections.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and identify potential power-related problems affecting IT equipment.
- Any other assigned Task.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
