Multiple Locations: Ozubulu (Anambra), Lagos, Jos(Plateau), Awka (Anambra), Suleja (FCT Abuja)
Salary:₦250,000 Gross

Job Summary

The Bakery Manager is responsible for the overall management of bakery operations, including production, sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff supervision, quality control, inventory management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all bakery operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
• Monitor production output to meet customer demand.
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
• Drive bakery sales and profitability targets.
• Supervise bakery staff and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor production costs and control wastage.
• Coordinate maintenance of bakery equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in bakery operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing a commercial bakery is preferred.
