Job Summary
- Are you an experienced insurance professional with a strong track record in business development, branch growth, and team leadership?
- Our client, a leading Insurance Company in Nigeria, is seeking high-performing Branch Managers to drive business expansion, achieve revenue targets, and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and business development.
- Lead branch operations and consistently achieve annual business targets (₦250M).
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and exceptional service delivery.
- Mentor and manage branch teams to deliver outstanding performance.
- Identify market opportunities and execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree and/or professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of insurance marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a customer-centric mindset.
