Female Inventory & E-Commerce Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory records to ensure accuracy at all times
- Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Update and maintain product information across e-commerce platforms
- Create and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels
- Process sales transactions and inventory updates using TracePOS or similar POS systems
- Generate inventory and sales reports as required
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure inventory availability
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, returns, and adjustments
- Support order fulfillment and online customer order processing
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy across all systems
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years experience in inventory management, retail operations, e-commerce, or related roles
- Experience using POS systems (TracePOS experience is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce product cataloguing and inventory control
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
