Marketing and Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, marketing expertise, and a proven ability to execute successful campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget while maximizing ROI.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to support business development initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
• Experience with social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
