Lecturer I (Data Science)

Specific Requirements
Academic Qualifications:

• First Degree, Master's Degree, and a PhD in the program/department of your choice from a recognized university

Years of Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of cognate teaching, research and administrative experiences, including at least 2 years at the rank of Lecturer II in a university.

Publications:

• A minimum of 8 scholarly publications in reputable, indexed journals.
• The candidate must be first-named or corresponding author in at least two (2) of the 8 publications.

Professional Licence / Registration:

• Evidence of registration with the relevant regulatory body, where applicable.

Other Requirements:
Prospective candidates must have the following requirements:

• A good First Degree (minimum of Second-Class Upper Division) from a recognized university.
• A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• A PhD in the relevant discipline
• Evidence of scholarly publications in journals indexed in reputable databases.
• Registration /license with the relevant regulatory body, where applicable.
• Evidence of completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or exemption certificate, as may be applicable.
• Sworn age declaration or birth certificate, and Local Government Identification
