Pastry Chef

Responsibitlies
- Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and baked goods.
- Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert offerings.
- Ensure all products meet established standards for taste, texture, appearance, and presentation.
- Manage daily pastry production and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and production requirements.
- Decorate and present cakes, pastries, and desserts to a high professional standard.
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize food waste.
- Ensure the pastry section is clean, organized, and compliant with food-safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
