We are looking for a professional sales manager with experience in the Real Estate industry to drive revenue growth for our company, The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives.
- Recruit and add realtors to community groups.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews and meetings to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide clients with product information, training, and support to maximize their success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related course
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Sales Manager or Marketing Manager preferably in a Real Estate industry or a related field.

- Proficiency in CRM software and all Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
