Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for printing, advertisements, flyers, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance photos, images, and other visual assets where required.
• Create both digital and print-ready artwork according to required specifications.
• Keep up with current graphic design trends, creative styles, and digital marketing practices.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Ensure all final designs are accurate, professional, visually appealing, and free of errors.

Requirements
Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Ability to create engaging and modern social media designs.
• Good understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visual concepts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to receive feedback and make revisions professionally.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an added advantage.
