• Overseeing a Construction Site
• Prepare necessary resources, manage the workers, avoid discrepancies in the budget, and execute the vision of the project accurately.
• Prepare and implement health and safety plans for site workers.
• Prepare and report daily work progress at construction site to management.
• Oversee the structural design of a project
• Ensure that the right materials are used for construction activities.
• Dealt with any issues that may arise during the project daily.
• Resolve all the technical problems at the construction site.
• Ensure that the required amount of construction material is available at the site to complete different tasks related to the project.
• Draw up a schedule for material delivery to site and worker's shift.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols.
• Create a positive working environment for all workers on the site.
• Ensure professionals involved in the construction are skilled to accomplish the task at hand
• Ensure contractor follows standards and specification in engineering drawings.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related Field Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction, Power, or other related industries Must have Coren Certification Requirements: Proven experience working as a Civil engineer(Construction)
